
This delicious dressing is great on salads and any meat or fish. It is completely Whole 30 compliant and I have started making large containers full and keeping it in my fridge. I also enjoy keeping it in a sealed container in my purse when I eat out. You can order a plain salad at any restaurant, dress it up quickly with this sauce and stay on the plan.

Recipe:
All-Purpose Whole 30 Marinade and Salad Dressing
Makes 1 cup
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon coconut aminos
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon any additive-free fruit juice (I like Prune, Apple or Pear)
1 teaspoon any vinegar (I like white balsamic or cider)
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
A sprinkle of pepper
Combine the mustard, mayonnaise, coconut aminos, garlic, juice and vinegar. Slowly whisk in the olive oil until completely combined and add salt and pepper. If it is too bitter, add a little bit more fruit juice. If it is too sweet, add more vinegar. Can be stored up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
