
I have been told this is the best tuna salad my tasters have had. My theory is that tuna salad can always use more flavor so I load it up with all sorts of delicious and compliant ingredients.
Loaded Tuna Salad
Serves 4
4 cans tuna fish, water drained
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayo
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 cup pitted green olives, chopped
1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
1/4 cup pickles, chopped (make sure they are sugar-free)
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 tablespoon apple cider (no sugar added)
1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Enjoy!
