This coleslaw is so easy and is great as a side dish for any Whole 30 compliant meat recipe. If you are feeling lazy and just want to make a plain grilled meat, you can eat this with it. I like to make a whole bunch of this and keep it in the fridge for… Continue reading Whole 30 Creamy Coleslaw

Best Whole 30 Bun-less Burger

July 10, 2016July 16, 2016 lizisaacs2016Leave a comment

Burgers were one of Steve’s favorite foods. I knew if I was going to take on the challenge of a no-bun burger, it was going to have to be moist and well seasoned. It took a few tries. The trick is to not buy the leaner ground beef. You want lower lean percentages and higher… Continue reading Best Whole 30 Bun-less Burger

Whole 30 Cider Braised Pork Shoulder

This recipe is officially a family favorite. It is a one-pot wonder and so easy. You can make it at least two days in advance and it is still perfect. You can make it in a slow cooker but I really prefer a dutch oven or a large, heavy sauce pot with a lid. Try… Continue reading Whole 30 Cider Braised Pork Shoulder

Not surprisingly, Steve and I struggled with the morning coffee issue. Coffee is allowed, but all of the things that we formerly used to make it sweet and delicious were not. Steve loved a giant cup of Dunkin Donuts Coffee with lots of cream and sugar and I loved strong coffee with loads of Coffee… Continue reading Morning Coffee Conundrum

Perfect Whole 30 All-Purpose Marinade Or Dressing

July 8, 2016July 16, 2016 lizisaacs20161 Comment

This delicious dressing is great on salads and any meat or fish. It is completely Whole 30 compliant and I have started making large containers full and keeping it in my fridge. I also enjoy keeping it in a sealed container in my purse when I eat out. You can order a plain salad at any restaurant, dress it up quickly with this sauce and stay on the plan.
